Flat Fascia Boards
Flat fascia boards provide an alternative to standard fascia, featuring a smooth, return-leg-free design. Often referred to as flat roof fascia boards, they are primarily used for flat roofing applications but can also be installed on traditional buildings with low-pitched roofs where the rafters remain exposed.
Unlike conventional uPVC fascia boards, flat fascias can be fitted without soffit boards when the roof edge aligns flush with the building’s wall rather than extending outward. This makes them a popular choice for structures such as home extensions and garages.

Each board is 16mm thick, BBA-approved, and backed by a 20-year guarantee for long-lasting performance. To ensure a seamless and professional finish, we also supply matching corner and joint trims.
