DELIVERY OF NOVA OUTDOOR LIVING PRODUCTS
- All products from Nova Outdoor Living will be delivered within approximately 5 - 10 working days
- All deliveries are palletised and cannot be taken through to your garden, instead, they will be delivered to the nearest hard-standing surface which may be a driveway or kerbside
RETURNS OF NOVA OUTDOOR LIVING PRODUCTS
- The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return.
- The cost of the return could vary depending on the specific product being returned, but as a guideline will be in the realm of £100-£200.
- The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund amount once the return is processed and the refund issues.
- There is no restocking fee for Nova products.
